La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries of Emeryville, a flagship store to the Bay Area, is currently looking for one highly enthusiastic individual who feels at home with colors and fabrics, and who has a passion for helping customers complete their in-home design needs. Design oriented individuals are desired, design students are wanted, but experience is not absolutely necessary.

About La-Z-Boy:

La-Z-Boy has one of the best 3D room design programs in the industry. Easy to use, this quick in store demonstration allows a customer to see their furniture as if in their actual home. No other big brand furniture store has this option.

• What succeeds best in our store is someone who can welcome a guest with a smile, and who is enthusiastic in finding out a customers needs.
• More then 50% of our sales are custom orders. We have over 500 fabrics and over 80 leathers that people can choose from. This position is not only showcasing these materials, but also being able to price them in a relatively quick and precise manner.
• Our commission structure is highly generous and pays above what mattress companies pay.
• You must be a team player. We are a small group at this location that works and laughs together. Our manager and team prompt a fun working environment and we need someone who will fit right in and help us maintain that atmosphere.
